The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing shifts in a customer service environment.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure that all team members are properly trained and performing their duties effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise during the shift
- Work closely with the management team to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed
