We take pride in baking handcrafted chocolates to perfection. We make our chocolates by hand, working carefully so that each bite is perfect.
For those who love chocolate-dipped treats, we've got a few that will satisfy your sweet tooth at our Waynesville chocolate store. We use only the freshest of ingredients, including our Fairtrade chocolate and, for our ice cream, milk and cream from local family farms. The founding of Kilwins is thanks to Don and Katy Kilwin, who started making confections back in the 1940s. Chocolate and Mackinac Island Fudge came first, followed by Kilwins Original Recipe Ice Cream about four decades later.
Our Waynesville ice cream store is in a perfect location for locals and tourists. We’re in a convenient area right in the center of town. Many other wonderful businesses line the block, and with being in a walkable area, each is easy to get to. Street parking is available.
There’s so much to do in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Kilwins would be happy to be part of your nature experience. Several of our treats, such as bagged and box chocolates, are portable and easy to take with you. Feel free to pick some up for a picnic while hiking, fishing, and camping.
