At Kilwins, we could not be prouder of our Heritage Chocolate. Our chocolate recipe was created by our founder, Don Kilwin, back in 1947, and we still use it today in many of our chocolate candies. We use Don’s recipe and method for making Mackinac Island Fudge, which involves stirring and heating the ingredients in copper kettles and shaping the mixture on a marble table. There’s something about seven decades of culinary excellence that simply can’t be outdone.
