Due to COVID, we have shifted our tour style to a self-guided one.  This means you, your family and friends get to watch the magic happen at your own pace and on your schedule.  No reservations are necessary; if we’re open you can take the tour!  We are currently open seven days a week. We have large windows looking into our production kitchens where you can watch our team members make all the delicious treats we sell in our stores.  We have story boards that run along the tops of the windows which showcase how we make all our top-selling products.  Of course, we are always making mouth-watering items elsewhere in the store: our signature Mackinac Island Fudge, Waffle Cones and Cups, Caramel for the Perfect Apple, Brittle and Caramel Corn, just to name a few.  All of us here at Kilwins are happy to answer any questions you may have about our origins, what we’re currently making, and of course what our favorite Ice Cream flavor is!
