We bring a Tennessee flair to our goods while upholding the honor of being the honor of being the premier Kilwins Franklin chocolate store. For example, perhaps you’ve heard of Mackinac Island Fudge. This Michigan-born staple is over 100 years old and is so famous that Mackinac Island became known as the “Fudge Capital of the World.”
Not far from the birthplace of the Murdick family’s recipe, another family’s candy legacy was getting started. Don and Katy Kilwin loved the Mackinac Island staple and committed to bringing it to people all over. Don Kilwin believed in fudge made the Mackinac way—on a marble table, with love and care. Thanks to Don and Katy, you can get a taste of the Fudge Capital of the World right here in Franklin.

Every cone starts in our custom-designed tub made with fresh milk and cream from family farms. The end product is an ice cream unlike any other. We make it from local dairy and cream and keep it stored in the most carefully monitored temperature-controlled units. We make and keep it in our custom containers to protect the texture and taste on the road and in the store.
Every day could mean something different at Kilwins. Our classics, the chocolates (white, dark, and milk), are always available in bar form unless we sell out.
