New Hires will begin by “working the line” - Scooping and Serving Ice Cream, Selling Chocolate, Fudge and other Confections, as well as Operating Our Point of Sales System. Other Duties will include making Waffle Cones, Restocking, Cleaning, etc.
From there, if someone has interest, shows themselves responsible and has availability we need, we will train them for the kitchen duties (making all our products) in two areas; cook and chocolate dipping production.
Pay will be hourly based on experience plus shared tip pool. Pay will be every 2 weeks.
