We started making our Original Ice Cream Recipe at our flagship store in 1985, making it using only the freshest cream and milk from local family farms. Like many of our products, our ice cream is Kosher-certified.
To achieve the wonderfully creamy and rich texture, we had to adjust and fine-tune the ingredients and flavors. It was a labor of love and well worth it. We honor tradition, of course, but we're also proud of how we harnessed 21st-century technology to bring our ice cream to everyone who wants some.
The ice cream is then transferred and frozen in our customized ice cream tubs to preserve the consistency of the ice cream, as well as the waffle cones and waffle bowls. Then, we use our own temperature-controlled ice cream vans to ship the tubs, which helps to maintain the optimal quality of our Original Ice Cream Recipe. This way, we see to it that every customer will have a consistently satisfying experience whenever they order our ice cream.
