Our Asheville chocolate store makes our signature caramel using copper kettles, just like our founders did in 1947. We use it in our hand-dipped “Perfect” Caramel Apples, caramel corn and brittle, caramel chews, caramel sauce, and sea-salt caramel ice cream.
