People say we have the best caramel apples, made with large Granny Smith apples. We sell caramel apples dipped in caramel, chocolate, or both. We melt chocolate and caramel in our signature copper kettles to make various chocolate-dipped treats, like our Mackinac Island Fudge. Our fudge is hand-paddled and cooled on our pristine marble countertops, just like Kilwins founders, Don and Katy Kilwin, did in the 1940s.
