We make Mackinac Island Fudge the same way our founders did over 70 years ago. Along with our fudge, make sure to order our caramels and ask for our signature caramel topping on your ice cream—like many things on our menu, these are crafted by hand. We make caramel in an old-fashioned copper kettle like people have been doing for nearly 100 years. You can also try our caramel with our caramel apples. We also offer handcrafted, chocolate-dipped snacks like marshmallows, fruit, and pretzels.
